CARTAGENA PRESENTS 911...11M December 2007

Cartagena International Film Festival is thrilled to present the film 911…11M, directed by journalist Isabel lafont and staff member Marta Sanchez. This is an experimental documentary that talks about national identity in modern United States and Spain. While Spain’s history is shaped by the defeat and shame of civil war and a 40-year dictatorship, the history of the United States reflects military, economic and technological success.

The film is part of the official selection program Murcine: Murcia Rueda. The festival also has a competitive feature length film section, shorts, and animations from all around the world. Check it out! Filmmakers will be in attendance.
