Iván Guarnizo is an accomplished editor, cinematographer, and director with nearly twenty years of experience in the audiovisual industry. Throughout his career, he has worked on a wide variety of projects, ranging from feature films and documentaries to smaller videos, and his work has taken him across the Americas, Africa, and Asia. Iván is particularly recognized for his skill as an editor on award-winning feature films, including Patient by Jorge Caballero, which was an official selection at IDFA 2015, and Not All Is Vigil by Hermes Paralluelo, featured at the 2014 San Sebastian International Film Festival.

In recent years, Iván has increasingly focused on directing and cinematography, taking on both feature-length and short-form projects. His most recent work, the feature documentary On the Other Side, has already attracted international attention, receiving support from the 2019 IDFA Bertha Fund and the 2019 Tribeca Film Institute’s All Access Fund.
