Synopsis

Every day after school, young Kevin walks back home bored as hell. But one day, he encounters Fiona, a mysterious girl who carries seashells in her bag instead of books.

About the Director
Álvaro Congosto (b. 1983, Madrid) is an emergent fiction filmmaker. His first film, A Final Remembrance, was selected by Víctor Erice for his filmmaking workshop in Arte Leku, San Sebastián, 2006. A Final Remembrance was also selected for Los Angeles International Film Festival and has numerous awards in Spain. In 2009 Álvaro moved to the US, where he studied an MFA in Film Production with a Fulbright Scholarship at Boston University. He now lives in New York and is currently finishing the postproduction of his latest film, The Dress, which will be screened in US festivals during 2013.
