FESTIVAL OF NEW SPANISH CINEMA: The official traveling festival about the new trends in Spanish Cinema is the North America’s leading showcase that returns with three premieres, allowing you to discover and share your love of Spanish Cinema.
In its eighth consecutive year, the 2015 Festival of New Spanish Cinema consolidates itself as the most important itinerant festival of contemporary Spanish Cinema in North America. The Festival will screen some of the riskiest and most innovative Spanish films of the year, while providing a space for the audience to discuss the pieces with the filmmakers. We are pleased to present some really delightful comedies, some films will offer glimpses into important and hidden issues; others will inspire us with music and history and others will explore love without frontiers. Enjoy all these powerful award winning Spanish unique stories with us!

With more than 180 works in the catalog chosen in over 5,500 festivals and gathering over 1,000 awards Marvin & Wayne is a major short film distributor of films made in Spain. They turn 5 and they want to celebrate with us by selecting the most prominent short films for you.
About Cinelandia
Cinelandia seek to promote U.S. Latino movies and Latin American films by offering screening information to the public and a place for filmmakers to connect their projects with audiences eager to watch Latino films.
OPENING NIGHT RECEPTION & PANEL DISCUSSION – Presented by CASA DE ESPAÑA and RICE UNIVERSITY
An opening reception will follow the screening of ALL THE WOMEN on Friday. Film starts at 7.00 pm and reception afterwards.
A panel discussion after the screening of Icíar Bollain’s film will discuss global immigration in Europa and the Americas.
