Festival of New Spanish Cinema

Festival of New Spanish Cinema Ottawa 2014Oct 01–Oct 29

We are honored to continue our presentation for the FESTIVAL OF NEW SPANISH CINEMA 2014, and we would like to invite you to join us in celebrating the program of 5 exceptional contemporary Spanish-language films that comprise the program this year at Bytowne Cinemas. In October we are pleased to present some really delightful comedies, such as our hilarious opening film, Sánchez Arévalo’s latest comedy-drama, FAMILY UNITED. Some films will offer glimpses into important and hidden issues around soccer such as BLACK DIAMONDS is. Others will inspire us with music and history in Spain and Latin America (SERRAT & SABINA: TWO FOR THE ROAD), and others will explore love without frontiers: Get ready for CANNIBAL and I THOUGHT IT WAS A PARTY . Enjoy all these powerful Spanish unique stories with us!
